We’ve become a world of high achievers but low feelers. We’ve built systems for success, but not for healing.
And now, anxiety, disconnection, and burnout have become our new normal.

I’m Bhawnaa Sharma, a Trauma-Backed Life Coach and Reiki Grandmaster, and I believe it’s time for a new kind of revolution - one that doesn’t just upgrade our skills, but restores our souls.

My mission is to heal the emotional and energetic foundation of humanity -by creating a new breed of trauma-informed, energy-aligned guides who can help others rise.
 

I am here to train, mentor, and empower individuals who want to:

• Turn their pain into purpose

• Transform their wounds into wisdom

• And become light-bearers in their communities

Because when one person heals, a ripple of light begins - and that light can heal families, workplaces, and eventually, the world.
